What Cadence refuses to do, what it reads, and where your data lives. Written to be read by your lawyer.
No automatic publishing.
Cadence has no write access to your networks, your site or your outgoing emails. A text’s final status is “Ready to publish”. A human copies, pastes and publishes.
That’s a design limit, not a setting.
Every decision is human.
Every recommendation ends with Accept, Ignore or Edit. The log keeps who decided what, and when.
What the night watch reads, and doesn’t.
It reads the press and the web, forums and Reddit, comments on the LinkedIn pages you manage, and whatever your team passes on.
It doesn’t read private messages, nor X without a dedicated subscription, nor TikTok or Instagram. No profile is built on the people who talk about you. Mentions are kept for thirty days.
Your data stays in Europe.
Database hosted in Frankfurt. Your Brain trains no model and is never shared between organizations.
Confidentiality for sensitive topics.
Politics, talent, executives: an organization can be flagged confidential. Its missions appear in no aggregate, and its Brain is deleted on request, in full.
