What is a credit?Cadence's unit of work. A chat message costs 1 credit, a draft 2, a full review 3, a crisis room 5. Part-time includes 1,000 a month, Full-time 4,000: enough for busy weeks.
Can I change plans?Yes, any time from your workspace: move from Part-time to Full-time, from monthly to yearly, or stop. Changes are prorated.
Who can join a project?On Full-time, you invite colleagues into a project: they talk with you and with Cadence in the same conversation. On Part-time, Cadence works with you alone.
Where is my data?Hosted in Europe, in Frankfurt. Nothing goes out under your name without your approval.
