Can the agents publish something without us?

No. Cadence never publishes anything. Agents review, flag and recommend, and a human on your team always makes the final call. Every recommendation is traceable to the evidence behind it.

Where is our data hosted?

In the European Union. The servers running Cadence and the database holding your workspace are both in Frankfurt, Germany. Account identity (WorkOS), model inference (OpenRouter), payments (Stripe) and internal lead notifications (Resend) still run through providers established in the United States: those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Does our content train your models?

No. Your Brain is single-tenant and isolated by default. Reviews run on large language models reached through OpenRouter, under agreements that forbid training on your content, and you control retention and deletion. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.

Can we see it on our own content before committing?

Yes, in a call. We run a review on one of your real drafts, with the reasoning and the evidence behind the verdict, and you decide from there. Write to us and we'll set it up.

What if the agents get it wrong?

They recommend, you decide. Cadence never publishes anything, every verdict is traceable to the evidence behind it, and you can overrule any recommendation in one click. When you do, the decision goes into your Brain and the next review starts from it.

How long does setup take?

One 45 minute guided interview, directly in the product, and your Brain is usable the same day. The Brain is built live as you answer, with no integration or IT project required to start. Slack and Teams connect later, when you want them.

Does it work inside Slack and Teams?

Slack, yes, today: connect Cadence to run Security Checks, get real time alerts and start crisis simulations without leaving your workspace. Microsoft Teams support is coming soon. The platform stays your command center.
